Steel Roost MX This Weekend

Steel Roost MX in Levelland, TX will be having races this Sunday, June 22nd.

Signups open at 7:30am. Practice begins at 9:00am. Races should start around 10:00am.

This could be the final daytime race of the summer for Steel Roost. Light poles are up and work is continuing on the wiring.

The track was in epic condition. Had a light rain the day before and the night before the race!

Not too many bikes, but they didn't really get much advance notice out. They have been holding off scheduling the races while waiting for their lights to go up.

However, they have decided to go ahead and set the schedule for the remainder of the summer. If the electricians finally get the lights up, they will probably schedule night practices on the Saturdays before the race.

awesome...those light rains before the next day make the tracks soooo good.

i'd like to come check it out...maybe the sunday after TNT's night race. do they have practice on weekends?
