    WMA Weekend Schedule
    Scheduled Times (No Rainout)
    Thursday (December 31, 2009)
    􀂾 3:00pm - 11:00pm Gate Hours
    􀂾 6:00pm - 9:00pm Registration Hours (Tower)

    (For WMA Classes only)
    * NO Practice on Thursday

    Friday (January 1, 2010)
    􀂾 6:00am - 11:00pm Gate Hours
    􀂾 6:30am - 8:30am Registration Hours (Tower)
    􀂾 7:30am Organized Practice (2 Rounds)

    Note: (1 three classes report to Staging)

    Fees:
    􀂾 $10 Gate Fee Passes/per person($30 Weekend Pass)*
    Under 6 Free (Cash Only)
    􀂾 $5 Camping Fee per Night
    􀂾 $40 Pre-Entry Fee per class (except below)
    a) $60 Pro Class (Pre Entry or Post Entry)
    b) $45 Post Entry Fee
    *$30 Weekend Pass per person payable in full upon entering Thursday starting at 3:00pm. If you are not staying for Saturday’s or Sunday’s races, wristband & gate receipt required for gate refund at the front gate upon leaving. You must exit before gates close that day to be refunded.

    􀂾 Age Effective: January 1, 2010.
    􀂾 150F Small Wheel Eligible (85cc 7-11; 85cc 12+)
    􀂾 150F Big Wheel Eligible (Supermini, Schoolgirl, Collegegirl & Womens classes).
    􀂾 No 450F in Womens Pro class.

    Registration:
    1. Registration (Pro Scoring Tower) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or cash only. NO CHECKS.
    2. To "finalize" race entry, Pre-Entry riders (to include parent/guardian if rider is a minor) MUST check in at Registration (Pro Scoring Tower) to sign releases.
    3. Minors with Guardian must have two copies of “notarized” statement for Guardian to be able to sign for minor.
    4. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration and wearing armband.
    5. All riders (Pre & Post Entries) must report to tower to receive practice sticker.
    6. A rider will NOT be allowed on track without a practice sticker and armband.
    7. Organized Practice will be in effect. Rider must practice with designated group.

    Other Information:
    􀂾 No RV Hook-Ups.
    􀂾 Bike Washing ONLY allowed in designated area.
    􀂾 No bike washing within Pro Pit fences.
    􀂾 FM Broadcast 88.3FM (Bring Your Walkman or Portable Radio).
    􀂾 No Pit Bike riding.
    􀂾 Must hold a valid drivers license to drive Golf Karts or Utility Vehicle. No Pit Bikes or ATV’s (4-Wheelers) allowed.
    􀂾 Permitted Pit Vehicles include:
    • Golf Carts - MUST have Valid Drivers License (DL) to operate vehicle.
    • Side x Side - MUST have Valid DL to operate utility vehicle.
    • Scooter with Helmet (must be legal to drive).
    • Bicycles with Helmet.
    􀂾 All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked by 10:00pm.

    Really? you can bring a golf cart or a side by side, but not a 4 wheeler? Or is it kinda like at the National where it said that and you really can bring a 4 wheeler to put around the track?

    The only people that are suppose to have an ATV at the national are staff and volunteers. And yes, there are plenty. Nothing is really new in the rules for the past 3 years whether its the national or amateur events. To answer your question, no ATV's. Its kind of like the no animals rule. You can put things out there, but someone will always show up with a dog. The Side-by-Side's will be better controlled in 2010 at the national as well. With so many wide open areas, it has been hard in the past to control them. Good luck this weekend GS.
