    Default Jeremy Lusk down

Jeremy lusk went down hard in Costa Rica, and has sustained very serious injuries. Most everything I have heard is speculation so no sense in fueling that fire but if you watch the vid you can see it's severity. He is in ICU in Costa Rica and made it through his first surgery and is breathing on his own, which is already a big accomplishment being there was only a 5% chance of pulling through surgery. I also read that due to the size of a hematoma on his brain they were not able to close his skull back up. Those are the only fact I know of right now. If your talking to the man upstairs say a little something for jeremy, he really needs it right now.

Holy sheet I hope he pulls through that dude is sick.

What surgeries have they had to do? Why did they have to open his skull? Did he break his neck? Why do you think a leatt would have killed him? I think it would have stopped the hyperextension of his neck! Dude i hope hes ok!

Man that is bad. I actually know Jeremy pretty well from my previous work with The NBC Action Sports Tour and Live Nation FMX events. I actually gave him the nod to enter his first FMX contest. The most interesting thing about him is how quick he progressed. That kid has only been riding a motorcycle since 2002 or 2003 and he can do some crazy stuff. He is super tough and he goes big. I have seen him walk away from some bad accidents. I just spoke to some people and I hear he is in very bad shape. Dosent help that he is being treated in costa rica. Please pray for him!

    thanks,

    Asay

Uhmm he turned pro freestyle when he was 19 and he's 25 now - he's actually been riding longer as you dont turn pro the day you start riding - sounds like you know him pretty good

Who cares if you know him? People come out of the woodwork when a man goes down. This post was intended for the well being of a downed comrade and nothing else.

    Get well Jeremy!
