We are selling out 1994 Alfa toyhouse. It is the toy hauler model with rear ramp door. Tie down eyelets throughout the floor. Front queen with two fold down couch/beds. Working AC/fridge/stove/oven/heater. The guy I bought it from put a sand rail inside. I put 5 dirtbikes and could have easily carried more. Has 30A shore power connection and does NOT have an onboard generator. I powered the entire thing with a 4000kw generac in the middle of summer no problem. We are buying a new toy hauler so we are selling it. Has newer tires with 2 trips on them. Electric jacks...
I could use some TLC. I accidentally left the steps down and snagged them. I have a new set to install just have not done it yet. Needs a new cover over the bathroom vent. I just have not had time to replace. The roof needs new snow coat and minor repair. The snow coat is about $100 for 5 gallons which is how much you will need to do a trailer this size. The roof is not all stained up and the walls are not rotten. I've never figured out how to use the awning but it does have one. i've just never had it open. We originally bought to move our stuff out from Arizona. We kept it because we thought we'd use it a lot more. We hardly take it out and its fairly hard to park in our yard because of a ditch. Weighs in at 6880lbs Dry which is very light for a 5th wheel hauler. Would possibly consider a partial trade for a smaller enclosed trailer 6X12 or 6X14 in size.
Flat smoking deal if you've priced newer toy haulers. They are $30k+++ for a nice fith wheel version.
