I sprayed carb cleaner through it 2 or 3 times and blew compressed air through it and I could see light through it. It's just weird that I have to turn the idle up that much when the weather is cold. Once the bike is hot and have turned the idle down to about 1750 I can kill the bike and it will fire right back up on the first kick. I could go home right now with the temps we are having right now I would only have to have the idle up about 1 1/4 turns. I replaced all the o-rings except the one on the hot start, but if the bike is running and you pull it in the bike revs up. I throughly inspected the boot that connects carb to head and no cracks at all. I even put a new fuel screw in to make sure that was not the issue. Thank you guys for your help I will be a happy camper if I can get this firgured out.
