Default Looking for a picture cr250 in modern frame from I35 maybe.......

Its been forever since I have been on here and posted. Moved back to Oklahoma and taken some time off, but getting ready to start riding again. Anyways, I was talking to a riding buddy the other day and I was telling him about a picture I had seen of what looked like a cr250 motor stuffed into a 2009 crf frame. I think it was from I35. I have looked through about 10 pages from around that time. Does anyone remember or know what I am talking about? ........maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me!

Look on thumpertalk. They have had some pics of "new" cr250. May just be a plastic switch or photoshop or conversion. Can't remember

Not really what I am looking for. Someone had taken a picture of a guy riding out at a track and I think it was I35, it was a 2stroke motor in a modern crf frame, but then again it might have been my eyes were playing tricks on me. It was in 2009 or early 2010.

have you looked at the service honda conversions?
Thanks to SLM Racing in Arlington. They have been a huge help to me and been one of the best shops Ive ever encountered. They have been a nice suprise and greatly eased my learning curve. They made it easy for a rider who had been away from the sport for over 10 years to get right back in the swing of things.

Yes, it's like an 03or04 cr250, he put new plastics on it, he had to do some adapting, but it looked good. He races toro with that bike
