The Erbe's are a wonderful family and I am proud that my family and I are a part of their lives. It's been difficult to witness this unfortunate situation. However it has been a true blessing to see how their friends, their church, and even folks that don't even know them personally have offered prayers, positive thoughts, and support during their time of need.

I've already promised Kim that my family and I will be traveling to Lubbock to celebrate with them once she's done with the surgery and she's been given the all clear. It's going to be an awesome celebration indeed!!!

Russ... you know you, Kim, and the kiddo's are always in our thoughts and prayers. See ya'll soon!!!

Thanks again everyone for everything! Kim had surgery today where they froze the two cancer spots and they think they got it all. She will be tested in a week to verify. I'll keep everyone updated as I find out. I really feel blessed by the outpouring of support we have received.

I do not know your personally, But want to send prayers your way for your wife, you family and friends. Unfortunately I can relate to you and your wife as my wife was diagnosed this past summer with the horrible disease and I know how it can just turn your life upside down. The best thing for my wife and I were to keep positive on everything and know that the man above is listening to you and he will help get through this tough time and not to be stubborn like I was at first and let family and friends help when they want, I thought that I could handle everything myself because taking care of my wife is my responsibility, But i was wrong and not as much a superman as I thought I was. GOD BLESS YOUR WIFE,YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Please continue to pray for and/or offer positive thoughts to the Erbe family, especially for Kim. They are in the midst of a difficult struggle right now and could use all the help they can get to deal with things.

I wanted to share with everyone that my wife had tests done last week, and Monday morning they told her that the cancer had spread throughout her whole body. They asked her to come back in for more tests. So she did and Wednesday they told her that the rest of the test results verified that the cancer had spread everywhere. All but one test that is, it showed no signs of cancer. So, back in for more tests and we got news yesterday afternoon that there are now no signs of cancer at all!!! The doctors can't explain it, but we need no explaination. There is only one way cancer can be taken away like that and it is just like I had always known it would be. We just kept believing that God would come through for us, and sure enough he did. If ever any of you have doubted that there is a God or whatever you may or not believe, I hope you take this testimony to heart. God is real and he is awesome,

Thank you all who prayed for us, gave us kind words, or even donated money to us. I love being able to share the good news with you all.

After speaking to you earlier this week, I laid down some serious prayer for you and your wife and it appears they were answered. God bless.
