Yes this is very sad that such a great event has to be screwed up by such a situation. Lots of really big rollers want a piece of this pie. Bernie E has had a solid lock of F1 for years and politics are going to go as he says period. You don't make Mr. Bernie happy , you don/t get a F1. To me it has got pretty automated , the qualifying is cool with the elimination method , but the passing button to me is just silly. The Indy cars have their PUSH to Pass again just silly to me, video game stuff to me. I have an arrow pointing to the throttle pedal on my 250 shifter, it says PUSH TO PASS , the way it should be. Maybe they will work things out , would be great to see it happen. And as far as the sound of the cars , indeed something you will never forget. Simply spine tinging. There will be a 125 shifter kart race thru the streets of downtown Dallas in March of 2012. North Texas Karters run the track in Denton, they should have all the info, or go to EKARTING NEWS.COM. We are looking for a 125 for this first year , hopefully they will run a 250 class in 2013, i believe this to be a five year deal to hold this race in Dallas. I guess we will see.
