    Default RIP Mike Brownlee

It's with a heavy heart I have to post the passing of one of my all time favorite 125 riders from the DFW MX scene. His style was like no one else, I enjoyed many a race in the 70's pulling my hair as he would rail a turn effortlessly at Mosier, Oak Hill, and Whitney. RIP Mikey

Mike Passed away at his home in Sherman last Wed.

    That's horrible news, Mike.

Brownlee had the coolest riding style. Always wide open around the outside lines, with a huge grin. Watching him ride was always a pleasure.

Sorry to hear this, Lord Hance. Did not know Mike B., but do know that most of you 70's-80's cats looked up to him.

May the Lord be there for his and those around in Jesus mighty name. Amen! I have another funeral to go to in the am as well at 10am before heading to Oak Hill.

Best thing to do is look at where he is going and not what we lost... This life is but a breath but after is forever/eternity!
