south texas tracks

Having just moved here from Michican looking looking for tracks to ride,found several tracks to ride in north Texas.I have heard of a couple in south Texas like THREE PALMS and CYCLE RANCH.Didnt know if they are worth six hour drive to ride on,also heard there is a lady that runs Cycle Ranch that is mean to the riders and does not care about the saftey of the riders and that the people maintaining track dont care about saftey of there riders as well. Did hear that Three Palms is great place to ride and bring your family for other activities as well .Any input would be great gas is not cheap and rude people not welcome around my family

Three Palms is great. Can't speak for Cycle Ranch - haven't been there in 2-3 years.

Texas is a HUGE state, bud...Where, exactly, do you live ? If it's Houston or Austin, then you can find something worth your while...Much further south and it drops off quickly. Three Palms and Cycle Ranch would be hours apart from each other, too...
