During the 250 beginner class at round 2 of the Main Event Series, Diego Lorenzo had a bad crash. Took life flight about 30 minutes to get him stable enough to take off. No one can find any further information. Pray for him and his family.

From James Marshall "I made a call on behalf of the James Marshall Project to see how Diego is doing tonight and what we could do to help them. I talked with his brother Carlos. He said it is a time of wait and see right now. They "think" he responed one time today when asked a question by squeezing a family members hand. Carlos asked if I could ask everyone to please pray for him to please wake up. I can't even begin to think how the family feels as I could hear the pain in his voice. Please pray for Diego and his family, they need our help. Carlos asked that I do not give out any information abut the injury at this time. Please respect his wishes and not start any rumors."

Update #2 "I talked to his Mom today and she said Diego's neck is not broken but that he is still in a coma, but that the Doctors are optimistic he will wake up and want to know what happened."

Great news!
Larry Hughes "talked to Diego Lozano's Mom tonight and she said Diego was released from the hospital Friday, and is home and doing well!!! He is going to start thearpy for his right arm and leg this week, and is expected to fully recover. It has been a remarkable turn of events ever since he woke up from his coma. He has no brain damage, and is alert and talking and walking!"
