Nathan may be facing charges for FILMING a crime in progress!!!

Check this story out:

Fort Worth Police are investigating whether or not to file charges and issue traffic citations to the men who followed and recorded Sunday evening's forklift chase along S. University Drive and Interstate 30.

Nathan Lowery, a former Marine and current UTA student, shot 12 minutes of the chase using his iPhone and posted it to YouTube.

No way. I could see maybe a ticket at the most, but I really didn't see him doing anything to interfere with the police. He stayed behind the chase the whole time. It looked like there was about 50 other cars doing the same to, the only difference is he put the video on youtube.

The news has made me top news now on NBC's homepage, and the funny thing is that the police have not contacted me in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Either way I have absolutely nothing to say to them in any manner whatsoever. I plead "Da Fif"!

I just cant believe that with all the real crime going on they focus on me and possible minor traffic infractions - who cares?

Exactly, has anyone taken a ride at night downtown in Fort Worth or Dallas? I think there's plenty of real crime that needs to be taken care of before worrying about someone filming a traffic chase.

God what a bunch of BS...Dont worry Nathan I very seriously doubt there will be any action taken....a lawyer would make the city look like a bunch of fools if they charged you with anything.
