2011 WTMX Night Series

It's that time of year again. Our summer night series is here! Race dates are:

May 21

June 18

July 16

August 20

Each month, the gates open at 3. Practice starts at 5. Races at 6:30. Anyone who's been to our night series races knows it's a fun time for all who show up. End-of-series trophies and contingencies will be awarded at the last round. You must attend at least 3 of the 4 rounds to be eligible for awards.

As you may or may not know, WTMX Park is located in Midland. The track is a club owned, non-profit track. All money that comes into this facility goes right back out to you, the riders of West Texas. This night series would not be possible without the following sponsors:

Thanks to all who came out for our first Night Series race of the year. Although the day started out windy, by dark, we couldn't have asked for better conditions. The track plowed up nicely at intermission, the wind quit and we had a good set of second motos. If the racing that took place Saturday night is any indication, we are in for an interesting summer of night racing at WTMX!
