Example, two weekends ago Villo lost it on Boni not once but twice, he was pissy walking off the track from the heat race (Boni's bike stalled took a nasty digger that collected Villo in the process) and then completely lost his mind when he didn't make the LCQ. Had Bubba done this I can only imagine that we'd be trying to approve a public hanging. I appreciate every rider out there that has made this season so great. Here's to a great year!!!
I have to agree with you I have been one of the haters for awhile but after going to this years Daytona race and seeing him ride all day up close and his will to win, you have to respect the guy. The move he made in that Gator Pit was amazing to see live. You had maybe 200 pro riders there that whole day and he was the only one who could clear it.

Its a matter or how frequently something happens. How many times have you seen RV lose his cool? Compare that to how many times Stewart has done something dumb.

Yeah, but I lost a little respect for Villo after the Boni incident, Boni should've punted his ass across the pit area.

i agree Boni may have accidently killed his bike adjusting his clutch but it wasn't his fault rv got a bad start. always easier to blame someone else though.

I think the reason for so much "hate" is because this guy pulled his own Superstar card before really accomplishing that much. Too much hype, Sponsor money and arrogance to ask for a SX only deal....The rest seems like history, now !

Everytime I start to like the guy, he does some bonehead thing, or bitches [see the wind tunnel after the ATL sx] and then I go back to being a hater...

Same here... He flipped on Boni for something out of his control then rode around cutting people off like a dickhead... that just isn't the way to act at that level, but I could understand why he would be pissed, and it's not like he's the only guy that lost his cool on the track.

    Default Not the same....

It's simple, really. Yeah, Villo lost his cool with Boni but he never went over and kicked his motorcycle over- THAT is a bitch move but Bubba gets a pass because he is the media darling. Also, did you notice how Villo had the class to move over for lappers at Toronto? I believe that if RV would have lapped James "Badge #7" Stewart at Daytona, Stewart would have taken him out. RV rode a smart race and let Stewart alone.

Anyone in the public eye is going to eat shit when they pull a bonehead move like Stewart did with his police impersonation- that's just the nature of the beast. Hell, I'm not even famous and I'd be eating shit for doing something so stupid as would probably all of us on this board would (and should). Nobody is picking on poor Bubba, he is reaping what he has sown.

Did any of you follow SX in the 80's and early 90's? T-boning, blatant takeouts, and whatever else was fair game and a common occurence. And I don't recall all the whining and complaining from anyone back then. Must be this internet thing causing all the hate.

villo did look like a bitch but how many people could stay calm when you know you just f**k up while leading the points in the biggest series of his career. weather it was boni's fault or not i know i probably would have lost my cool a little bit knowing that i just f**k up and could possibly not be leading the series after all that happened.

now for Stewart's dumass, i respect his work ethic and determination, but as for a person and the way he acts i have no respect for him. he may be the fastest rider but look how far thats got him this season. u don't have to be the fastest to win the championship, just the most consistent and being the one that there week in and week out, i.e.. Reedy and RD.
doin what i can with what i got
