WTMX Night Series

This past Saturday night marked the end of our 2010 summer night series at WTMX Park. This is the first night series we've done since 2006. Although numbers weren't quite what we expected or wanted, I believe that those who followed the entire four races were treated to a good time.

As treasurer of the track, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who participated in the series. Without you guys, it would not be possible to keep this non-profit club operating. A special thanks goes out to Shand Garcia and the coverage he gave our track in the current issue of Holeshot Magazine.

To all of you out there who have not been to our track, I say, come on out and give us a try. Although we are not in the Metroplex and are definitely in the "middle of nowhere", our track is still a fun place to come and ride your motorcycle.

I'll second that - Midland is a great place to ride. Always well-prepped and always a fun layout. For a real good time, bring your 250f!

Mike, how'd the pro classes end up?

2 classes went Aaron Smith, Bradley Ball, and Andrew Roark. The other class went Ball,Smith, and Roark. They were the only 3 pros who followed the entire series so they split $3000 between them.
