Wow.. Look at those fees. There is no way you get 1200+ entrees with costs that high.

But....he is probably charging all gate fees upfront and then REFUNDING the remainder if you leave early. SO, his spectator numbers should make up for it.

$6 gate fee for practice? that is a misprint, right?

Tony, I hope so. I tried to call Michael's cell to ask but didn't get an answer. Is Tiffer coming back to race yet? I hope he does. It would really be nice to see a good group of expert riders at the series.

"per day" is a misprint. The $6 is for a wristband, which you cannot sign up without. You must also have that wristband to get in the gate Sunday. Basically, it's $6 for Sunday only, but don't be lame. Pay your $6 on Saturday.

As soon as I convince the other tracks, it will be $10 for the weekend or $5 a day.

Perfect time to mention that the Spring Valley, final round, is 10 bucks and not 6 - just like it was last year. If you come on Saturday, you won't have to pay again on Sunday. But if you come on Saturday and your not coming back on Sunday, you still have to pay 10 bucks and there will be No refunds and No rainouts.

We have made some minor changes to make the track flow better and are looking forward to seeing everyone. The CMA (Christian Motorcycle Assn) will be on hand helping us this year so we'll have ample flaggers and ample prayer people. In addition, we've added a new water truck, new tractor, and Yellowhouse Machinery Company http://www.yellowhouse.us/ has come aboard and will have us a dozer for race weekends. They have also helped us with large equipment in preparation for this years events. So please patronize them as well as the "Title Sponsor" Maxs' Kawasaki Honda Yamaha in Abilene http://maxscycle.com/ because without these guys it simply couldn't happen.

Blessings and we hope all of you have a fun and safe Round #1 at 211!

Mike, Tiffer will be at 211 racing this weekend. It will be his first race in almost 4 years. We are both looking forward to seeing everyone. Do you know who is running Spring Valley? Is John Poor? We are looking forward to the series. See you at the races!

Thanks Jana! I know Tiffer would love to come out and ride with Bretton. How can he get a hold of him? Good luck in Denver.

Yeah, Jana, was the announcer at Oak Hill wrong when he said Bretton broke his ankle Friday?
