From RussErbe: 211 photos of the new track

I stopped by 211 on Sunday to take some pics, meet Mr. Trackmaster and spin a few laps. The track isn't quite complete yet, but for the most part, it's there. About 25% of the track is completely new and the rest of it has been built up bigger and better than it was before. I watched Kasberg spin the first complete laps and he was hoopin and hollerin all over the track. Haha

Anyway, as promised here are some teaser pics.

This is a new 90 degree uphill/downhill turn before the finish line double It's going to be very interesting to see folks taking the outside and inside together over the finish line. I can't wait to try it and take pics there.

Hope you enjoyed the pics. I didn't take an extensive amount of pics because the track isn't quite complete yet. Anyway, Kasberg deserves an applause for listening to his riders and doing something about it. So, show him your appreciation and come on out to the new and improved 211.

It's so easy to get here from Ft. Worth and takes about 5 hours.

It's not a bad drive, almost all interstate... just plan to make a weekend of it.

Although, I have to admit, I can get to 3 Palms in about 2 hours less travel time...
