Pro Attendance at Invitational

The Sunbelt Series results show a total of 14 pros that raced at least one round of the series. With the Invitational coming up in the next 6 weeks, I have a question: How do we get all these pros to show up at Nocona?

I hope I'm not too cocky, but I feel like the west side has the chance to show up huge at the Invitational and put a whoopin' on east Texas (in all classes). Most of those guys have no idea who anyone is out here and just assume they have all the speed in the state.

I really want our pro attendance to be huge. If even just ten of us show up, I promise we will have twice the number of pros that the east will. Now, with 14 total pros that raced, I can see this being possible. With guys like Fisher, Roark, Brad Ball, Tucker, Reynolds, etc., I feel we could have a good chance of doing some damage.

So....how do we get them there? Ideas?

I was wondering when the invatations where going to be mailed out.

Invitations will be mailed around the first of August. We are waiting on an important part of the invitation package.

Incentives is a good idea, haha. Audie and I are working on getting a pro purse put together.

I'd like to know why Lance, Brad and Fisher did not race the entire series. I'd ask the same about Vance Wofford and some of those NM guys, but they aren't qualified for the Invitational so that's another topic.

If I know why they did not do every round, I can work toward a solution to get them to the Invitational.

When you figure it out, let me know. TNT pays 100% pro payback each month. In the last races there, there were 8 450 riders and 5 250 riders. At WTMX, we pay 150% payback every month and are lucky if we get more than 2 pros to show. I don't know if they are all too busy trying to "get points" toward their pro license or just think they are too good to ride a local race. I know Brad or Bradley, whatever he calls himself now, is busy with MMI. As far as the others go, I don't have an answer.

What if I took the guys that can't (don't want to) go and loaded them up in the Blue Panther and hauled them out to Nocona?

I know I'm no pro but you can bet when I get my bike in October, I will start riding at WTMX often. I loved that track and can't wait to ride it! You guys have a good thing going there.
