It seems to me that there are more and more scheduling conflicts here in N. Texas every year. This weekend, there are 3+ races going on that all claim to be "big deals." There is almost always more than one series running at the same time as well.

A Texas Promoter's Group was started to try and solve this, but it didn't even get off the ground. Even promoters that were a part of this group were scheduling on top of the other tracks involved!

I don't understand why a promoter's group, where all track owners meet once a month and discuss scheduling, promotion, etc., won't work.

Turnout at Oak Hill was considered to be "pretty light."

The new owner was pretty disappointed, as was No Fear. Understood that Tyler had a pretty big series race going. Allegedly where a lot of bikes were.

Yeah, I went to Oak Hill on Saturday. The numbers seemed really low.

I don't know anything about Swan.

Nocona had a race that day as well and their numbers were on par for what they usually have, I think.

Still...that's alot of races for one weekend.
