well got word back from my doctor that I have a slap tear in my right shoulder. Although this is not a moto injury it will require surgery. Quite frankly I dont know how I did it. Dr said it could have been there for years and i aggravated it to where the pain bothers me. Funny thing is it doesn't hurt when I ride. Just when I throw or play golf. My other two hobbies. Needless upon confirmation of a second opinion I will have the surgery so when my son starts playing baseball or football or what ever he decides, i want to be able to play catch with him. Right now I cant throw air. Needless please keep me in my thoughts and hope for a miracle.

Hope all goes well! Maybe you already know way more, but I didn't, so this was an interesting read:

Hopefully you are doing "SLAP repair" vs. "Biceps tenodesis" which may be more likely if you are 40+.
If you don't know, it would be worth asking about.

Thanks guys for the encouragement. I have an appointment next friday with another doctor. I can still ride and will ride untill I feel discomfort. Right now I only feel it when I throw or swing a club. Depending on the second opinion I will have surgery in late November or early december.
