What do you guys think about this idea?
Why dont we have txmotocross.com rider days at all the local tracks on sundays,we could all get to meet each other, have a blast riding and check out ALL the tracks together.We could even have a non biased person do a little write up of each track we visit.I think it would be fun and if everyone went it would help the struggling tracks out,if not for a day anyway.We could start with Badlands this sunday and go from there,everyone vote(poll from like 3 or 4 tracks) on monday and tuesday and have a track decided by wednesday so we all know were we are going and so on and so on until we hit all the metroplex tracks.
What do you guys and girls think?

I think this Sunday everyone is gonna be at Swan.

That sounds cool to me. There was a hell of a turn-out for RV this Sunday. We are talking about going to these tracks on their practice days and not race days, right?

I think thats a great idea. I need to get back in the saddle again eventhough all I got is vintage machines right now.

Great idea neyhart. in one sense that was a motivating factor in why i started the whole moto/FREE photo thing a few years ago.
It gave people the chance to see the different options we have around these parts. i stopped doing the track descriptions and riding impressions because i didnt have the time and people seemed to care more about having pictures taken than reading a review. plus I ran out of "track was great today" threads and people didnt respond well to "the track sucked ass" reviews... sometimes the truth hurts. However a non-biased opinion is a very good idea and we could use the photos to illustrate the event. I'm all for it.

Good Idea Kenny - to bad I won't be able to attend most of them, as I am usually at a race. But it will be cool to see the opinions.

Cool I like the responses so far--sounds like most would be down for it.I totally forgot about Swan this weeken but We will be at Badlands anyway so all who want to come lets get together and meet.

Blankplate-Yes on these tracks practice days.Not race days.Any way Sunday is usually the only time I get to ride anymore,Me and Tre' trying to race at the same time is just to hectic.

So we need a non biased person to do the track reviews and some one to do the polls weekly,I would but I'm not to computer savy and a way to keep up with the tracks we visit.

So who's going to be able to go to Badlands this weekend?
Kenny and Tre' Neyhart are there.Who else?

Count me in, i'll keep an eye out for what track everyone dicides to go to.I 'll miss the pro challenge for the first time in six years. Daughter has soccer game.

I think this is a cool idea and I can try to make a few...Just depends, as for most, on timing and family stuff associated with each weekend.

Yeah, sorry man. I said it was a good idea and I'd like to do it BUT I have family stuff to do this weekend.

Maybe if we come up with schedule more people could make it. I dont know about anyone else, but I usually have to start planning to go ride at least a week in advance.

Let us know how Badlands is, though. I haven't been there since the first year they opened.
