I have this bike and it was abandoned at my shop. Im trying to figure out exactly what it is because I may restore it. The cool thing is thats its complete and in pretty good shape.

Maybe a DT80/DT80R, want to say mid to late 70's, but the seat says early 70's late 60's..... Not sure though, any frame numbers or anything? Cool none the less. Restore it.

That's a TY 80...or Mini Trials....Early 70's....Very nice find and would bring some good coin !

A friend of mine had a TY80 back in '75. I think they made them in '74 and '75 only.

yes, but im trying to find out what its worth. It has compression, and spark so it will run. And like I said its VERY COMPLETE

I'd think it would go for $400-500 the way it sits.

Man does that bring back memories. It was my sisters first bike and needless to say.... it really ended up being my toy to play around on. She got tired of it pretty quickly. Come to think of it... that's how I ended up with her worthless horse. :roll:

Hater, I did some poking around and I think $800 is probably closer to the real #, if it's running and in good condition. It's definitely an Ebay bike. I have my vintage YZ 125 on there now and have 49 watchers and 3 bids wih 3 days to go. The rare stuff sells for good $$$. Good luck!

Early trials bike - one of my best friends had one in mid 70's - ton's of fun to ride - brings back memories
