I have a 2008 kx450f, the swingarm tension bolt wont budge....... anyways to get it loose, before i round it off or break it..tried all the penetrating oils, but nothing.... thanx

Only thing you can do is drill it out takes forever though then you have to retap the threads.

Take the axle out and remove the wheel. Then use a T-handle to work it back and forth. The threads are siezed to each other because of corrosion so it will most likely pull the threads out of the swingarm. When you get it out usually you can run a tap thru them and it will still work. In some cases tho you have to rethread it using a helocoil.

maybe heat it up a little bit, but not too much, then spray penetrating lube and proceed like Hater recommends. See, I can play nice.
