I heard through the grapevine that Miller said it would take him at least 2 years to break even on this event. DAYUM!

Either way, it was a great weekend and I am sure he will make his money back!!!

after looking @ the fencing layout alone & quality of installation - I'd agree w/ that!
and knowing how much crushed concrete costs & delivery...once again, I'd agree.

However, a 2yr payback is not bad! matter of fact, that's pretty damn awesome! I'd like to get me a handful of investments runnin like that! I'd retire in just a few more years...so I could ride my bike & play my guitar all the time! :D

no kiddin!! but I thought I heard somewhere it was 10yr w/ renewal option @ the 4th yr.
