CRF150R forks

In my manual it says I need to replace the fork oil after the break in period.
I asked my dad and he said that the forks are too expensive to mess around with.
Is it simple enough for me to do, or should I take it into the shop?

You dont have to change the oil after break in. The manual suggests a lot of things to do after break in like replacing the piston & ring as well. IMO change the fork oil every 25 hrs of riding time. If you never messed with forks before take it to a respactable shop. Not to much $ just to change the oil.
