Problems with workers at tracks I have been to.

I have been to many tracks in my twelve years of racing. I am proud to say that all tracks have been in good shape while I was there. The problem I have is with the workers at the tracks I visit. I have had problems with workers at Village Creek Mx Park, Oak Hill Raceway, and Freestone County Raceway. My main problem is that at Village Creek Mx Park, Mr. Terry has a registered sex offender working out there at his track. I know this because when I heard about it I went to talk to the flagger and he said it was true. I do not think that Terry should allow Dewane to work out there at Village Creek Mx Park anymore, because it is a family setting for children of all ages as well as all the adults that love to ride out there. I for one will not be returning to Village until I know that the sex offender has been fired.

I am sure I have seen Dwayne, but I do not know him. I noticed that this is your first post on this forum. I think it is inflamatory to call out Terry and his track regarding this situation without more information.

A sex offender charge is something that stays with you forever. The guy could have been 18 and got into a bad situation with his girlfriend's parents. Without specific details, this shouldn't be an immediate concern.

Well wehen I asked Dwayne about it he admitted to being with a twelve year old girl when he was in his early twenties. This maybe my first post in this form, but I think it is right to notify all the parents out there about what is going on at the track. Dwayne is not the only person I have had problems with. I have also had problems With Dwayne"s girlfriend Amanda, but I guess that doesn"t matter now since Amanda has already been fired. Along with Amanda and Dwayne, Amanda"s mother are all three dcrug addicts. I do not think we need those kind of people in the race envorment with all the children out there at the race track.

I have not been out to Village in a few weeks now, but I have heard he has been missing a lot of things while out there and he is always the last on the track. The flaggers should be out on the track and ready to work five to ten minutes before practice starts. And what is the shit about the flaggers getting off their stands at all times of a race or practice to go get something to eat or use the bathroom? They should get everything they need before they go out there. Plus on races I hacve seen T.R. go out there and relieve them. There is no reason for them to be getting off their stands while there are riders on the track.

Those are valid points. Have you taken this issues up with Terry? I believe that one should give an owner an opportunity to correct valid issues. If they problems are not corrected, then by all means voice your opinions here.

I know that Terry can see that he has drug addicts out there. It wouldn"t be hard for him to do. Hell I can name four ex-drug addicts that work there, on eof them being Terry himself. I think that if Terry had the chance that he might just get a government grant for allowing a registered sex offender to work there. I do not believe that Terry would fire him. Why would he when he can get money for Dewayne working at his track? As for the flagger who has just got involved you might just want to stay out of this. He cause nothing, but problems for both of the Terrys. They may work their asses off at that track, but I have been to tracks that are better than Village Creek. Village is just a normal track for normal riders. Why do you think that y"all can"t race the Nationals.Y'all aren't good enough and never will be. Hell Pro Circuit is dead because of Terry. He took the best race in the country and killed it. He shouldn't even be allowed to run a motocross park after what he did to the Pro Circuit race.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read on a message board. Terry has provided a great place to ride and practice since I got into the sport in the early 80's. Ross Downs was the place he had back in those days. I have put in a ton of laps and will continue to support Terry in the future.

As a parent of a child that rides/races at VC just let me say you "****tard" that I will be the one who protects my kids and looks after their best interest. With that being said, I feel that riding at VC is in my son's best interest as they provide a well organized track that has proper flagging, organized practices, and is very well maintained.
