Spectator at Village

last saturday night a spectator at the full moon series was watching practice.. and a bike had accidently run off the track and through the fence and she just happened to be in the bikes path. she broke her leg and the bone was sticking out a good 3-4 inches. last i heard she has surgery yesterday. but if you can just keep in your prayers and hope she has a speedy recovery.

I think I met that guy at Plano Presby... He was there for surgery on his leg and I was there for surgery on my knee. This was in August '06... Pretty sure he said he was in between races and was watching along the fence at the top of the hill after the long set of whoops... I think the rider over shot the jump going into the turn and went through the fence...if I remember correctly he said it was the post from the fence that actually broke his leg and not the bike... Crazy stuff... He was mad he missed his next moto... Haha

That's the guy. I wonder if the most recent incident happened in the same spot. Ever since that happened I have never stood in that area. Last time we were there I saw a mother and her young child standing there. I went over to her and told her what had happened there and she turned white.

i was standing maybe ten feet away adjusting my riders shock and that was by far the craziest thing Ive seen in my life
